Hands-on Nanny With Experience For 15-month Old In Boston

We are a young professional couple looking for a nanny for our 15-month-old baby in Boston. We would like someone who could help out with light housekeeping, does not smoke, is CPR/first-aid certified, and has both nannying experience and experience with the Montessori method. Our baby takes 1 nap a day for about 2 hours, and is doing baby led weaning. She is speaking, walking, and enjoys running around and actively playing with Montessori-style toys. We do not engage in screen time with our baby, avoid overstimulating lights and sounds, and encourage self-exploration. We also do not baby talk, we narrate our actions, and engage and talk to the baby to encourage development. We limit container time and provide plenty of opportunities for free, unrestricted play.
