Nanny Needed For 4 Month Old In Back Bay.

Hi there! Im a single parent by choice returning to work in January and seeking a long term, experienced nanny for my baby girl. My parents live next door and are very involved so I have some flexibility regarding start times, days of the week etc. My main goal is to find someone kind, energetic, and reliable, who will focus on child development, getting outside and doing activities etc. I would someone to start for reduced hours asap and ramp up, but I understand that may be hard with the holidays.
