FT Nanny/House Manager Location: Boston, MA Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am- 6 p.m. Some flexibility is needed. Children: 7, 10, and 13 years old Duties: General childcare including engaging children in age appropriate activities such as outdoor play, homework help, children's meals, children's laundry, driving to/from school and activities, and general tidying. House Manager duties may include running errands, handling returns, cooking family meals and packing school lunches, calendar management and scheduling appointments, pet care for 1 dog (feeding and walking), organizing and paying bills, and will only be expected while children are in school or don't need direct supervision. Requirements: 5+ years of professional childcare/Nanny experience including experience with school age children, a clean criminal record and good driving record. Ideal candidate will be energetic, active, flexible, loving, organized and be a positive and supportive presence in the home. Family is looking for a long term commitment! Pets: 1 yellow lab Driving/Parking: Driver's license required. Family will provide a vehicle to use for work-related driving. Parking is available if needed. Travel: Approximately 4 weeks of travel required per year. Must have a valid passport and be excited to travel internationally and domestically. Additional Information: Children are in school full time. Mom is home and will be in and out throughout the day. Care will be in Mom's home 1 week and Dad's 1 week, and homes are located within 5 minutes of each other. Compensation: Competitive salary depending on experience, taxes withheld, guaranteed hours, 2 weeks paid vacation, paid holidays, and paid sick days. Full health and dental coverage. Start Date: ASAP
