Regular Babysitter For My 1.5 Year Old Son - In Boston

Hoping to find someone to help us look after our son regularly (1-3 times a week) with varying hours and days. Our son is 1. 5 years old, energetic and very smart. He is a social kid and loves to play outside, read books and has a lot of energy. Hoping to find someone with a solid past experience looking after kids and/or education in early childhood development. Open to anyone from college students to someone older -- as long as you are responsible with good judgement and have the energy to keep up with our son, we're happy :)
