We have two kids, 1 and 3. We are looking for care closer to home as we are right now driving over 40 minutes to our current daycare. We would like someone who is comfortable using they/them pronouns for our kids as we are trying to raise them outside the gender binary. We live in a great house with a large yard but near a busy road so outside time must be closely monitored.
