What we are looking for. - You genuinely love children - Be experienced with toddlers - Know how to engage a toddler - Trips to the playground, walks, reading book - Feed him and change him - Playing with him - Talking to him - Comforting him - Do his laundry - Bathe him - Ideally you are CPR certified - Keep him engaged in age-appropriate activities
