We value kindness, flexibility, and curiosity. We love our people and spend time fostering safe, supportive, and thoughtful relationships. E has had a considerable amount of change in his little life and so at times needs adults to understand his big feelings with both support and clear, consistent boundaries. Someone with high energy and a playful attitude. Creative and curious helps as he loves being matched with that in play with adults. Humor is a BONUS! We do have parking and access to public transportation. It's important that whoever cars for E has a safe driving record and a reliable car. No pets!
