I'm looking for a great nanny for 1 child. I work in healthcare so will need some help with pick up and drop offs, as well as overnight help when I am on call. I am starting a new job so I don't have all the details of my schedule, and I expect that it will vary some month to month. As I get settled, then hopefully it will be more consistent times. I split custody with my daughter's mother so I won't need help all of the time.
