About the job
The 1. 5 naps from 12-2ish. The 3 yo does not nap. But we try to enforce a quiet hour during which he still needs to be kept safe but can be expected to do more independent play. - 3yo is going through potty training. 1. 5yo is still in diapers. - There might be light work involving assembling meals from various components, but we would let you know what it is and mostly just washing fruits/warming up stuff on the stove/in the microwave. - The kids love to be a part of household chores and some part of the day might be teach them self-help skills. - No screentime except for special circumstances. But we like to have music playing in the background. - Nanny would be expected to take kids to library/other activities around town. Can use our car or your car and get reimbursed. - We have a fenced in backyard and live near a playground.
