About the job
We are looking for a babysitter to take care of our children, 20 months old son and 4 years old daughter. We expect this to be a recurring job (perhaps once every 2-3 weeks), but with a very flexible schedule. There is potential for more work during daycare/preschool closures. The ideal candidate should have previous experience with toddlers, a CPR and first-aid certification, and not smoke. Babysitting would take place at or near our home (a park, a playground, and a library are within walking distance). Babysitter duties involve playing with them, encouraging independent play, preparing light dinner/heating up food, helping the kids with personal hygiene and putting them to bed if necessary. The first time we will need a babysitter is the evening of March 15th, but we & the kids would like to meet the candidate beforehand.
