Parents Helper - After School Activities

I am a solo parent Dad looking for a friendly, down to earth Parents helper to assist me with light housekeeping, meal prep and running some basic household errands as well as bringing my son to after school activities. We have had an au pair the past 2. 5 years but felt that the workload was such that a parent's helper would now make more sense. Open to overnights as I occasionally travel for work and sometimes need help during those trips. We are a kind, friendly, mellow family with two small and friendly dogs. I also have a 16 (nearly 17-year-old daughter) who drives and requires no help. Prefer a non-smoker, CPR / First Aid trained with a reliable vehicle.
