I work at a chemical plant, doing shift work. When I am at work sometimes its day shift and sometimes its night shift, and I work a lot of overtime. The kids get home from school on the bus, they do their homework and as long as their grades are good in school they can do whatever they like. I don't allow them to leave the subdivision at their age.
