I have a 7 months old baby. Me and my wife both works. My wife works remote so sometimes she has meetings and trainings which lasts around 2 to 3 hours sometimes 8 hours so for that day we need care lady to look after our son. Make him milk clean diapers and put him to sleep. That's it. Schedule may vary.
