Nanny For Newborn Twin Boys.

We are looking for an experienced nanny for our twin boys that were born on March 3rd. We are located in uptown New Orleans. One of us works from home and the other works from 8:30-2, so we are looking for a nanny from around 8:00-2:30/3 on weekdays, but can be a little flexible and could add a recurring evening for more hours if desired. We also have a 3-year-old that is at a school, but may need to be watched when home sick, or home some of the summer. We would love to have someone that would be able to stay on for a year to 1. 5 years if everything works out well. Light housekeeping would be a plus, but not required. We have a small west highland terrier, so nanny would need to comfortable with pets. Non-smoker preferred.
