Nanny Needed For Newborn In New Orleans While I Work From Home

We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in New Orleans. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets (we have an 50lb Belgian Malinois, who is loud but extremely sweet). Prior experience with newborns and CPR certification is required. I work from home 8a-4p and need someone to look after our daughter while I work. Expected hours would be 7:30-4:30 but end time could be flexible. No housekeeping other than cleaning up after activities is expected, nor meal prep. We are happy to guarantee hours and have a contract. I ideally see us as a team, where I can be a part of her day as much as my schedule may allow. Start date is flexible as I start work on 02Apr but ideally would like to work with someone for a few days to learn about each other and make sure we are a good fit.
