Minimum Requirements: - Possess a minimum of 2 years of recent professional childcare experience (nannying, daycare, teaching, etc.) - Provide at least 2 professional childcare-related references - Enthusiastic, positive attitude and genuine love for children - Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills - CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) - Reliable transportation (though non-drivers welcome for certain locations) - Teamwork spirit and ability to adapt to different family dynamics - Must be of at least 18 years of age and legally able to work in the US - Non-smokers preferred.
