Part Time Mothers Hand Needed

We are a homeschool family looking for a part time nanny. I really need just a Mother's hand - someone to play with my two boys (4 and 2) while I take care of my newborn baby. Responsibilities will just be to take care of the kids and the occasional folding clothes if I haven't already. We believe in gentle/conscientious parenting where we make sure we show empathy, we try and treat our kids with respect and dignity. We believe the verbiage we say around the kids is important. We want someone caring, kind, extra patient and eager/ready to play and can also be very physical with two boys!
