Part Time Mother's Hand - Nanny Share For Full Time

Hi! We are looking for someone part time. 1-2 days a week just depends on what we decide for hours and days - flexible. We have families we can nanny share with if full time is needed We are a homeschooling family but I do computer work need help with my two boys. Pregnant and due September 2nd-ish. We are doing a homebirth so whenever she wants to come! I'm a SAHM so you aren't doing it alone or taking my newborn, it's more like doing life with me and helping me. We are a gentle parenting minded family so we are very empathetic and try to keep a calm environment. We are organic and natural minded. Looking for someone who is very educated in this area/type of parenting. We are Christian and include that into our daily life and homeschooling. I need someone gentle, kind, patient and really fun to be around
