We are expecting our first baby around August 26, 2024, and are seeking an experienced night nanny to assist us with newborn care Mon-Fri during the night hours for the first 4-8 weeks. We are looking for someone who is reliable, nurturing, and knowledgeable about infant care. Responsibilities: - Provide overnight care for our newborn, including feeding, diaper changes, and soothing. - Collaborate with mother for breastfeeding/pumping. - Ensure the baby is comfortable and well-rested throughout the night. - Monitor the baby's health and well-being. Requirements: - Proven experience as a night nanny or similar role. - Excellent knowledge of newborn care. - CPR and First Aid certified. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work Monday to Friday night shifts. - References from previous families.
