About the job
We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Lafayette. We would prefer a nanny who is comfortable with pets. My work schedule is on occasional evenings from 8:30 p.m. to 3 a.m. Help is needed to provide safety and reassurance for my child while I am away. Ideally, we would like to gain a sense of trust so that my child will feel secure in my absence. It is common to wake up a few times while I am away, so the caregiver will need to have a sense of patience and reassurance. We have been relying on family members outside of the home and are now optioning for a different care giver to sit at our home while I am away. We also have two cats, so the caregiver must be cat friendly as well. It would be ideal to expect bedtime reading or watching movies before bed is accepted on weekend nights. My kid will be ready for bed upon arrival
