Regular Babysitter Needed For 10 Yo

We need regular care for our 10-year-old son with autism (level 1). We are a busy household with three other children and need help with our 10-year-old in the mornings before he goes to school. Responsibilities include supporting him through his morning routines, guiding him through school work and chores. Some light tidying up would be part of our caregiver's responsibilities since he usually does not wake up until 8:30 or later. Our work schedules can be flexible so some afternoon hours (315-615) may be arranged. We have one dog who stays in the kennel during the day.
