About the job
I'm big on time management, organization, cleanliness, and structure (routine). My oldest loves her phone which is a problem. She enjoys photography, drawing/painting, listening to music, and making good grades. My daughter is at the age where she needs help making sure her homework and school responsibilities are completed. As her mother, she doesn't want to listen to me, get my help with homework, or do anything to say on a timely manner. I need someone she can relate with that will motivate her to get her things taken care of. Works well with a teenager, able to multitask, and the ability to tutor her if she has trouble with her homework. There is street parking right in front of the house. We have dogs, cats, and a rabbit. The dogs will be in a kennel or in the backyard. The rabbit has its own area but the cats roam free.
