About the job
Our5-year-old daughter will be starting Kindergarten in August. My husband and I both work until 4:30 p.m. but the school dismisses at 3:30 p.m. My law firm is downtown which is about an hour away and my husband is a homicide detective with the Sheriff's Office. The daycare she is enrolled at now is not zoned for her new school so she can't be transported there after school. We are currently looking for new daycares to enroll her, her younger sister, and baby brother (due date August 2025) but in the event we cannot find a daycare for aftercare we are hoping to find someone who can help us by picking her up from school in the afternoons and staying with her at the house for, at most, 2 hours until we get home from work.
