My baby just needs someone to feed her and engage/watch her while I work. I make her bottles for the sitter to give her. I do all the diaper changes. Occasionally I step in to do nap times. Otherwise, the sitter will do nap time. Some days the sitter will be able to go home earlier than 5 p.m. A one hour lunch period is included in the hours 8am-5 p.m.
