My 1-year-old son has a very simple routine, he eats three meals a day that I've often already prepared for him. In between he loves to play with his toys, walk in his walker, go on walks around the block and just watching his cartoons. He only takes one nap a day at around 1-3 p.m. depending on when he starts to signal that he's tired. A very chill and happy baby.
