Baby Loving Nanny Needed For 2 Cutie Pies Under 6 Months

We are looking for a part time nanny We want a nanny who enjoys babies and has a good intuition around what a baby needs throughout the day. We want someone who does not hesitate to hold the child and soothe them when they are crying. It takes a special skill to watch two infants at once and since they will be so young their schedules may not align perfectly. You would need to stay calm when both babies are crying at once and know how to prioritize their needs in a balanced way. You would need to be comfortable baby wearing at certain points in the day and taking two infants out for a stroll. It is very important to us that the babies get outdoor time every day - we have a nice back porch and yard to make that easily achievable. We practice no screen time for the babies so we do not want the tv on if the children are awake. Also, We really want to find someone who enjoys making our life easier by helping with chores while the children are sleeping. Ideally we want to find a nanny who can integrate seamlessly into our family and will love our kids as much as we do! The exact schedule would be 8-5 on Mondays, Wednesdays and 8-4 on Fridays. We would like to establish a sliding scale for hourly pay depending upon how many kids you are watching because we each have older toddlers and there could be times when we need you to watch the older kids too.
