Nanny Needed For 5 Month Baby

Edit: I'm currently collecting applications, I plan to start the hiring process in April. There will be first round phone interviews and a second round in-person interview. We are looking for a full-time nanny for our second baby, who will be around 4-5 months at the start of August 2025 (exact date tbd pending the actual birth of the baby). We anticipate at least 6 months of need. We would prefer someone who is willing to help with light housekeeping and meal prep (but these are secondary to childcare). We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is CPR certified, and has extensive experience working with younger children (babies and toddlers). Our ideal candidate is all of the above, with a caring, calm, and patient demeanor who genuinely enjoys and connects with children. Looking forward to connecting!
