This role requires creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally enriching environment while managing daily routines and ensuring flexibility to meet the family needs. - Manage school drop-offs, pickups, and extracurricular schedules. - Assist with homework and other educational tasks. - Perform light housekeeping tasks related to childcare, such as laundry and tidying up play areas. - Provide reliable transportation for appointments and activities as needed. - Stay overnight and provide full care for the children during my absence, ensuring their needs and routines are fully met.
