About the job
My oldest is adhd and challenging .. my younger two easy peasy , overall they don't get along so I have to keep em separated . However if activities is involved , & outdoor time they are fine . Its important for the baby to be active with them , supervision is MANDATORY , never think its ok to just let them be wild and free .. they get into things FASTTTTT !!!! I want a structured seasoned sitter for my kids . Cameras everywhere ! Also this will be a permanent position ! And I will need you for the summer also etc
