We could use some assistance with our two boys C and R. He have lots of toys and a baby safe environment. There is no expectation that you have to take the kids out of the house or do any household tasks. We are not super strict or up tight people. C (2) is very independent and basically needs an overseer. He's not a crier but just like any kid, he can occasionally have an off day. The biggest challenge with him is his size and he's very active. R (5 months) can be independent, but he also loves being held. He's a very happy, smiley baby. Holding him is all it takes if he starts getting fussy. Also, a non-crier.
