About the job
Looking for a live-in (or close by flexible) Mothers Helper for 13 weeks starting January 8th. 3yo and 3month old. Daytime: care of infant whilst Mom is working from home. MUST be okay with hands on Mom. Supervising nap time, feeding bottles or bringing to mom to nurse. Baby/ kid laundry, light tidying. Evening: afternoon play time with toddler. Help watch kids while Mom cooks dinner or you can do basic cooking (not a requirement). Be a second pair of hands during bath time, and oversee infant while Mom does bedtime with toddler. Prefer someone who can drive with own car (garage space available) for basic errands (light grocery shopping, Amazon returns etc). No driving of children. Accommodation: private bedroom with queen bed and large walk in robe. Own bathroom (toddler may use toilet). All meals provided. 2 dogs in home (no pet care) but must be comfortable around dogs. Must have experience with infants, 2 verifiable references (by phone), and clean background check (we pay for this).
