About the job
We're 2 families with 4 under 4 needing care! Care will be at 1 family's home in SE Lyon County; you'll have access to a large home w/big yard. Watch only 2 kids Mon & Fri; all 4 kids Tues, Wed, Thurs. Responsibilities: -Playtime! We value a light-hearted playful environment; if the floor is covered in toys at the end of the day, that's great! Leave the cleaning to us. -Help w/toddler development. We hope you can coach kids through big feelings positively and bring a sense of humor on the hard days. -Safety; we appreciate CPR/First Aid/ Early childhood training & compensate accordingly As 4 working parents we will be dependable & communicate clearly with you, and we hope you'll do the same with us. We had an amazing nanny the past 3 years and hope to be as lucky with our next! Would love to develop a long-term relationship.
