He's autistic but is able to speak and communicate what he wants most of the time. His speech is delayed but can say some words clearly and he can understand what you say to him. He has little outbursts when he's told not to do something. He tends to scream and throw things when he's like that but he just gets overstimulated and getting him in a quiet place or going for a walk helps a lot.
