My child is 33. She has severe autism. We need 4 caregivers to rotate work 8 hour shifts 24/7 7 days a week. We train caregivers to understand our daughter. We need high energy caregivers. Our daughter is sometimes frustrated to the point of scratching. We need caregivers who are willing to work hard with us to understand her in order to eliminate these behaviors.
