My daughter was born 22 weeks early and is about 5 months gestational. She is incredible. I call her my little fighter. her attitude shows me that Im right everyday. Shes also addicted to attention and does not want to crawl. Shes been rolling around everywhere. My partner works part time and I work full time We really only need someone to watch her for about 3 hours/ 2 days a week while we transition from whos at work. If extra hours are wanted, we can see if that can be planned for. We do not expect anyone to clean, do any pickups, feeding or pet care.
