My wife and I want to hire a full time nanny for our son who is 3. 5, to be his companion Monday to Friday 8-4 or 8:30-4:30. Must haves for any candidate - vaccinated for all diseases, does not smoke, has a reliable car, not allergic to cats, and is patient with a kid still potty training. CPR certified is a bonus. My son has a g-tube and while he can eat some food safely orally he needs periodic feeds from a machine. Prior experience is not needed, we parents will train the nanny. You will notice that my son has well above average intelligence for his age, loves to write, draw, color, make his own puzzles/games, visit the science center and share what he learned.
