Infant Nanny Needed - Schedule May Vary

Looking for nanny services for a 4-month-old ASAP. I work from home so would be here most of the time but would need someone to help while I am on calls as well as do some light housekeeping. I would like for the nanny to help maintain and establish a schedule as well as work on developmental skills with the infant. Would prefer the nanny to have transportation to and from but can use my vehicle if they need to transport baby anywhere. I have 2 dogs but would not need any help with taking care of them as I would work from home. Dogs will be kept up and locked away from the child & nanny during working hours.
