About the job
We need a part time nanny in our home. I'm an instructional coach at a school so we wouldn't need anyone on holidays/breaks. I occasionally might ask for help during a break and especially during summer time. My son W was born on Feb 1st so he's 8months old! He is crawling/constantly on the move. He loves to play, laugh, smile, needs interaction, loves to go on walks and be outside. We sing, talk, mimic, baby talk, get down on the floor with him, he loves to play in water, we read to him and give lots of snuggles. Having an in home nanny is ideal for his comfort, having one on one engaging interactions, being able to be at home to reach his developmental milestones, etc. Looking for someone to make a connection and take initiative. My mom works from home and cannot watch W all day and do everything she needs to for her job.
