Seeking Professional Authoritative Part-Time Nanny In Louisville

We are seeking a part time nanny, two days per week for our children, ages 2 and 4. Dad is an electrician working upwards of 80 hours per week, and mom is a stay at home parent in desperate need of support. Though mom is stay at home, we are not searching for a mother's helper - nanny would be entirely responsible for the children while on duty. Searching for someone familiar with authoritative parenting, as well as natural and logical consequences. CPR certification and up to date vaccinations (covid and flu included) required. Searching for someone with at least a year's experience as a professional nanny. Wages paid legally through payroll service, PTO and paid sick time offered, and mileage reimbursement included.
