I would love for you to have experience with children and babies. I have a 3-month-old who needs your attention and care. He loves interaction and talking so I would love someone who is good with babies. He was also a NICU baby so just making sure to keep an extra eye on him if you notice anything off. He doesn't have any issues or things you need to do with him but just a worried momma who wants to make sure he continues to thrive normally. My two older boys love playing outside when the weather permits it and they are both active in sports. I have a 5-year-old and a 9-year-old. They both also love their video games so they will play on those a lot as well. I would love someone who doesn't mind to do a little learning session with from time to time before tv time.
