Seeking Full Time Nanny For Infant Twins

Hello! Charles and I are expecting twins this mid/late April and are seeking a fully time nanny (Mon-Fri) starting in July/August 2025. Expectations for a typical day: Arriving around 8a, taking care of kids throughout the day (feeding, diapering, tummy time, naps, etc.)., and ending around 4p. Light laundry for the kids and light cleaning when possible, and grocery shopping once a week for essentials. Ideal nanny would be someone who communicates & plans well, is dependable on a daily basis, and of course, we would love someone who already has experience with infants and/or twins. We are also interested in exposing the twins to other cultures/languages, so someone who is bilingual would be a plus, or someone who is learning another language (Spanish or Japanese preferred).
