Nanny Needed For 1 Little Girl Who Is Almost 3

Seeking a nanny for a few days a week at our urban farm near downtown Lexington. We have a large dog, two cats, fish, chickens and a duck. During warmer months, we do substantial flower and vegetable gardening. Our daughter will be 3 in March and we are looking for someone who has availability at least three days a week from 9-4. She goes to school on Wednesday mornings. She is adventurous and fun and loves reading and playing outside. We are looking for someone who is comfortable being outdoors with her for much of the day and incorporating a montessori/waldorf mentality throughout the day--letting her lead herself in activities. She does have a mild speech delay but communicates very well.
