I have a hybrid job and generous maternity/husband's paternity leave so likely won't need care til later July/August but work "in the field" 2-3 days a week and from home the other 2-3 so will need someone to watch baby... I would say 3 days a week, can be regular days. Baby is coming by c section Feb 11 so will be 5/6 months old.
