About the job
My oldest child does have special needs but he would only be with the sitter for a few hours twice weekly so I don't anticipate any issues. He just gets home gets his snack and phone and hangs out. I would need someone to let the dogs out every hour or so, we have a fenced in yard so we just open the door to let them out and then the same to let them in about 20 mins later. I want someone who will play and interact with my kids and encourage them to get off their phones and away from the TV here and there. We have a play set outback and live in a neighborhood so Im okay with the sitter and kids going on walks. I do need help with pick up twice a week for my daughter from preschool at 12 and my son from his school at 230 p.m. may need help with getting my daughter to cheer practice too on Thurs evenings.
