Nanny Needed For 3 Children

We are looking for a great nanny for 3 children. We would prefer a nanny who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified. I recently had to return to work, so we're in need of childcare. This is my first time leaving so this is such a sad time for us. My husband and mother in law have been managing but she doesn't think she can maintain for long. So we for sure need Fridays and potentially Wednesday-Thursday. We have 3 kids - 3 (almost 4 in June), 2 and an 11-month-old. They love playing outside. We do have a puppy and an older dog which you wouldn't have to worry much about.
