About the job
My son has autism and ever since speech therapy at three he has excelled. He listens well, but can occasionally have meltdowns during transitions. He usually calms down fast. A typical day is spent waking up around 8 in the morning when not in school. He eats breakfast around 9 a.m. He then eats lunch between 12 and 1. He loves anything that includes Legos, wheels or art. He is a huge fan of Minecraft and is allowed one hour of Minecraft a day. With his sensory processing potty-training has been a small hurdle, but he is 99% potty trained with few accidents at any given time. He is a huge fan of independent play but also loves when someone will sit and build or play with him. He is currently being worked with on understanding personal space (He's a hugger!). He has the sweetest disposition and is quick to warm up to new people.
