My child recently turned one. Im looking for in-home care with a consistent person. My son is on a 2 nap schedule for now and naps a total of 3 hrs per day, so Im looking for a caregiver to provide age/developmentally appropriate play during wake windows and for the caregiver to follow his schedule for sleep, eat and play. Our timeframe needed is typically morning and afternoons with a weekend date-day/night here and there.
