Babysitter Services For 4y Old

We are seeking a babysitter to provide childcare once a week and possibly for other occasions. Our daughter is a gifted 4-year-old who is kind, energetic, and adventurous. She is funny with an infectious personality. She is learning Spanish and has an interest in learning other languages. Advanced in reading (reading at 3rd grade level). Enjoys games, building, going outside, science, space, Transformers, baking, reading. We seek a childcare provider who will engage our daughter with educational, non-screen activities. Our ideal provider is calm, creative, kind, reliable, and patient; someone who is non-judgmental and compassionate. We prioritize emotional intelligence thus seek a caregiver who can guide our daughter through big feelings without shaming, blaming, or minimizing her feelings. Spanish speaking a plus.
