We're looking for mother's helper type of care. My husband works remotely and I work outside of the home several days/week. My husband will be home while the care is being provided, but we're looking for help so that he can work undistracted. We have 3 dogs, so being comfortable with them is necessary. In general, our son naps throughout the day (anywhere from 30 min to 2 hrs). He's normally breastfed/fed on demand, and we'll have plenty of pumped breastmilk available that he can have whenever he shows hunger cues. We have also started solids. We cloth diaper, but do all laundry. When awake we read books, snuggle, play & do some developmental exercises that we'd show you. A few requirements: - CPR/infant choking certified - Does not believe in "cry it out" - Comfortable/familiar with baby led weaning - Dog person - Open communicator
