We are looking for a reliable occasional babysitter/nanny to look after our toddler on days when her school is closed, if we have special engagements, date nights, etc. We are lucky enough to live close to my parents, so the need is fairly sporadic, and there is no set schedule. Our daughter is a fun, energetic, talkative toddler who loves independent play. We are millennial parents just trying to do our best, believe in gentle parenting (even though we aren't always perfect at it), and love encouraging our daughter to explore her world.
